Our fees are based on the type and complexity of the service you need as well as the lawyer's experience level. You will need to pay a retainer before we can begin providing services to you. This retainer is placed in our trust account and is used as a deposit towards future services we provide to you. Once you have given us instructions on how you want us to conduct your case, we will then provide you with an estimate on what the total fee and disbursements will be. The balance will be due before our services are completed.
The fee and retainer scales at Strangway & Hennig are competitive with Edmonton-based lawyers.
